If you scroll down to 1981 on this page http://www.yearsofgold.org.uk/MP3files.htm
you'll be in for a nice surprise - I found it totally by accident while looking at something else. Having moved up to Yorkshire from the South, I can report that all the initial impressions about the area that this track conveys have been roundly confirmed!
The Hovis advert was a two minute advert that was a mini drama. It gave the impression of life in a little mining town called Gold Hill in Shaftesbury, Dorset. A young boy is seen pushing his bike up the cobbled street to deliver bread to the miners. Now I have to visit https:/ /www.re sumespl anet.co m/ website to get help in my essay. It was filmed on Gold Hill which is actually quite steep so it was probably done with a pulley system and the boy may have had an extra weight added to his bike to make it look like he was struggling up the hill.
