there is this song which is quite old and it is a woman singing it, she has quite a soft voice and it goes 'the girl from ayanapa?....' or something like that. Thanks!

Hi hells88, the song is called "The Girl from Ipanema" sung by Astrud Gilberto. Reminds me of the Summer! Hope this helps!
Sorry hells88, I ment to add it was recorded back in the 60's.

The single, released in 1964, was originally credited to Stan Getz (jazz saxophonist) and Joao Gilberto (Astrud's singer/guitarist husband at the time) and was taken from their album, imaginatively titled Getz/Gilberto. Although not credited on the single, Astrud did indeed perform the vocals on that track.

Going from one extreme to the other, when the song was re-issued 20 years later she got the sole artist credit (with no mention of Stan or Joao)!
a truly awful version of the song was recorded by Mrs Elva Miller, you know, "so bad it's good" stylee.......
