hi.
Everytime i go iceskating i get blisters, which is a shame because i really love ice skating. I've got really wierd, sensitive feet, and last time i went i got a blister on each foot literally the size of about three 2 pence pieces. I couldn't walk for 2 weeks :( I always get them on the inside of my my feel on the arch, and was wondering if anyone knew how i could prevent this?
I have tried different size ice skating boots, loads of pairs of socks, one pair of socks, loads of plasters and lots of socks etc. and i get blisters everytime i go.
I went today but was only there for abt 3 hours and my feet are really sore and tender. I wore plasters, some bandage/lint type stuff, a pair of normal socks and army socks, and i didn't get any blisters but i was only therefor about 3 hours, and i'm afraid that if i stayed longer that i would have got some blisters again. I'm going again tomorrow, and was wondering if anyone had any tips to help stop the blisters? I'll be there longer than today, so i think that what i wore today won't stop them coming again. I can't afford to not be able to walk because i've got my sats in abt 2 weeks. Help! lol
thanks xxxx
