IPod Question

When I plug my ipod into my computer all songs from my itunes library download automatically onto the ipod. Is there any way of selecting which songs you want to download from your itunes library instead of it doing this automatically??

When you connect your iPod, a little button with the outline of the iPod appears bottom-right of iTunes. Click it, and you can choose to for example only update checked songs. These are the ones with ticks by them, so tick and untick as you see fit.

Or you can manually manage songs and playlists, and just upload whatever you want.
