Need to know the name of this song

I was listening to the local radio station yesterday when a Tracy Chapman song came on, one of the lines in the hook went " I've been saved by the love of a woman". I have looked at all her albums released so far and don't see anything close. If you could please tell me the name of that song and which of her albums it is on I would be greteful.

I think I may have found it as I 've just heard it on the radio!

Very Chapman-esque but it's by Ray Lamontagne and it's called Trouble.
