Should Heather Mills give her half of Macca cash to charity?
Well should she? She claims she isn't a gold digger and that money would have gone to charity when Macca died. She also has her own charity and probably doesn't need all that money.

How can anyone need that much money anyway. Why is he waiting to die before handing it over, surely he could give 400 million away now and it would hardly change his lifestyle. He would also be around to make sure the money is going where he wanted it to. Or is it a tax issue if he gives money before his death??
Not only has Mills denied being a gold digger, but Macca has said it's not true either. In fact, since the split he has denounced such claims as lies upon his website.
Moreover, Mills was happy to sign a pre-nup, Macca was the one who said it wasn't necessary.
Mills does a lot of charity work and we have (and nor should we) no way of knowing to what extent any money recieved in settlement might be used to support her charities. We don't know how much she might ask for or indeed receive until it happens.
The woman's hardly Bin Laden, but the level of hostility against her is absolutely incredible; indeed disproportionate to anything she's ever done.
Genuine question: is this just jealousy? Why the hatred?

There are two topics intermingled:
Press Speculation - is this really what news should be about - someone elses misfortune?
t is sad that the relationshipp has failed - Let It Be?
Divorce Asset Sharing - a complete mess especially after the two recent Law Lords decisions - fossilised idiots ........ too ling a topic to write about here
Paul McCartney's fortune of 800m or whatever isn't cash in a savings account. It'll be in property, shares, rights to his music catalogue etc. Not something you can donate to charity as easily as a tenner in your wallet.
I'd imagine the amount he has available to spend as cash is a relatively tiny percentage of that 800m.
Also, it's none of our bloody business what he and Heather do with their time or money.
