What a strange childhood you had ! Here's a link to the lyrics -

If I ever find a link to play the song itself I'll let you know (I bet your boyfriend can't wait !).
Yes as suzy64 says 'The Streak' was performed by Ray Stevens and first appears on his 1974 album 'Boogity- Boogity' along with one of his other famous novelty singles 'Bridget the Midget'. However none of Ray Stevens' albums appear to to contain a version of 'Piddling Pete' (aka 'Pete the Piddlin' Pup') so I'm wondering if perhaps the song appeared on an old compilation album of novelty songs owned by missmooncat's dad (along with 'The Streak')?
As for 'Piddling Pete' itself the origins of the song are a little hazy and the writing of the tune itself it is listed as 'unknown'. It seems to have started out as a traditional song/tune that had its lyrics altered - obviously for comedy effect ! Monologues.co.uk attributes the more modern arrangement of the song to the 1920s/30s English variety artist and radio performer, Leslie Sarony. It also reveals the (slightly different) lyrics to an older version from the 1920s -

The Canadian singer/songwriter Gordon Lightfoot (more famous for the beautiful 'If You Could Read My Mind') has set it to music and performed it in past concerts, reportedly bringing the house down ! And a short clip of Waddie Mitchell's country version of the song/monologue can be heard here -

Finally there is now an extremely rude, updated version of the song circulating on the Internet but please forgive me for not providing the link but I've seen the lyrics and I'm still blushing hours later !! I'm pretty certain that missmooncat's father wouldn't have had it on any album of his !!
