Guitar instrumental on property shows.

There's a piece of music currently doing the rounds on property programmes, and I desperately need to know what it is.

It's instrumental, mainly acoustic guitar, with a heavy bass line and a bit of piano aswell, very slow and melodic and chilled out. I heard it on tonight's episode of Honey I Ruined The House, but I've heard it on a couple of other programmes aswell, so I'm assuming it's not original music composed for the show.

Anyone want to take a wild stab in the dark at what it might be? I know it's a long shot, but I thought it was worth asking you knowledgeable lot.
