help me remember this song!

I'm trying to remember a song. All I can vaguely remember is the video and it features the woman singing. She's got brown/reddish hair (i think) and i'm pretty sure she's carrying a big flower. She goes through the house and out into the garden. It's all in lovely bright colours, very summery.
That's all i've got i'm afraid, any ideas?

I think the song may have been around at the same time at Emmie's 'More than this' cover, which was 1999 but I might be wrong!
From what I can remember it was like a mellow dance track.
