I don't suppose anyone has any idea of how I would contact this guy or his record label or promotions department. I'm attending his concert in Brighton September with my partner and I, though I think it is probably impossible, that maybe it would be a great opportunity to propose to him in a special way. lol.

You might want to write to/phone the venue. My husband works for a concert venue and frequently gets requests of a similar nature - people who want things mentioning, signing, giving etc etc. Sometimes he can help, sometimes not, depending on the request, the artist and the artist's tour management, but if you don't ask, then you'll never know.
