Looking for a film, but can only remember a little bit?

A while ago, I saw a film but can only remember one little bit of it.

This little boy has been being assaulted, and he's in this room talking to some bloke and some other bloke.

The boy then wets himself, and the bloke whos looking after him realises that the other bloke in the room must've been the one who attacked the boy.

If anyone gets it from this, they can class themselves as a genius.

Gare Sinise was the kidnapper, a cop.

He claimed to have found the boy. When he turned up for his reward, the boy saw him from the kitchen and recognised him...so wet himself. Mel Gibson then realised that he was the kidnapper.

thats it!! well remembered you, they're stood in the study and the boy is stood in the hallway, mel spots him and realises whats been going on. a genius!!!
