Strange Video

I was in a bar lastnight and a great song came on, never heard it before but I watched the video on tv screen and it was a man dressed up in a big dog suit, brown and white patches and at the end he went off in the back of a truck. Can anyone tell me the name of the song and artist?

was the dog using a crutch?? maye daft punk - da funk. the only video i can think of with a man in a dog costume!!

Thanks for your answer but I just looked at that video and it isnt that as he has an actual dogs head. The video I'm on about the man has a dog costume with his face showing
