i'm interested in hip hop dancing, but from all the videos and clips ive seen, the people who did it are amazing!
does anyone know (from experience, or otherwise) if you can really learn how to dance (especially like this)
or if a lot of it is down to natural ability

i would love to learn, but just dont know if it is something that you can really learn

any ideas on the subject?

(also. anyone know a good learn-how-to-dance-hip-hop-style dvd?? thanks!)

well you must be able to learn because some people have!!

i dont hip hop dance, but ive been to this thing called "youth arts festival" in harrogate then this year it was in northallerton, and they usually have some portuguese guys come over and they taught people how to do it, so the best thing to do would be try go to workshops or just look out for classes.
it did look really fun when they were doing it.

if you live in this area go to that next year, theres loads of dance workshops.

i think theres a fitness style dvd called "hip hop workout" have a look on http://www.play.com/ im sure they'll have it.
