As topic says, are there any artists about that use this mixture? Something similar to "run dmc - it's over" - I think it mixes pretty well.

I'm not sure how you'd define hip hop (I am so uncool), but Gotan Project were once described as bringing hip hop influence into their music. They are basically an instrumental band, with a heavy tango overtone to what they do - and they're mesmerising:

Ha Ha, thats quite cool, I've just been over to the site and it loads with an orchestral rendition of Eminens 'Criminal'. Its along the line of that big band jazz cover of 'Stairway to Heaven'
but the only tunes i can think of that fit into the catergory is Warren G - Prince Igor and Diluted Peoples - When Worse Comes to Worse oh and Wu Tang Clan - I cant get to sleep.
Well I wouldn't know about that, booldawg, 'cause I don't know any eminem stuff, but I just love this band. I first saw them live about three years ago, when they held an audience of around four thousand absolutely spellbound with their act.

I really must make myself order their latest CD, but I'm more inclined to wait and see if they're visiting again so's I can blag one.
