ITV Transition clips

Between ITV programmes, they play a clip with their logo and I really want to know what music it is for one of the clips! It's just unusual vocals that sounds a bit like "hee haw hee haw" and is often on just before coronation street. any ideas?

I would think is is specially written, as most channel ident tunes are.
