Slimming World Question - Does it work for last few lbs
I am thinking or trying the Slimming World diet, after trying so many I don't really want to cut out any food groups....It seems like a great diet and and I've had a go at it before, but to be honest I've not properly stuck to it because...I am a bit sceptic about the ' free food bit'... What I really want to know is, does it work for those niggling last few pounds ? A good 5 -7lbs I want to lose, I am in the 'healthy weight range, top end though, and would really feel a lot better in the 'middle' ..... But I can't seem to get my head round the 'free foods' bit, I have an extremely healthy appitite, and I am positive left to these free foods, I would definetly overeat.....eg pasta....my all time fave, I could eat it till i am stuffed ! But reading though the slimming world mags, the stories i look at most are the people of my height and size, and I don't feel i could ever dream of getting down to the weight some of those have ? Would love to hear of you slimming world fanatic out there !! Sorry to drag !!
Th other thing that also really puzzles me about this diet is this....
For example - Looking through the mag, tescos etc do a steak in red wine gravy - Free on an origional day....So why when I want to make my own gravy sauce I have to count syns ?
