It`s called,not surprisingly, Shake a tail Feather.Probably the most famous version I know of is the Ray Charles one

Also a song called `The Harlem Shuffle ` has this line, not sure who by but Martha & the Vandelas seems familiar.

The Harlem Shuffle was by Bob & Earl. I expect dash_zero is more likely to be after the Ray Charles song.

To add to the confusion James and Bobby Purify also recorded 'Shake Your Tail Feather'.

This is the actual title dash_zero, but as littleoldme has said it is also a line from the classic ' Harlem Shuffle by Bob & Earl.
