how do i download music from my PC to my mobile phone? It is a Sony Ericsson W800i

Part of the software that comes with that phone should be a disk ( disk to phone ) it should enable you to download any media programme on pc direct to phone,or if you have a card reader on pc you can remove memory card from phone put in pc and transfer files direct to memory stick, hope that is some help
