Anyone know who sang the lovely song "Silver Lining" used in ER shown on Channel 4 on 16 May, and if it is available on CD?

I'm not an 'ER' fan, so I didn't see the episode in question, but there are over fifty songs with that title, so if you can come back with some more info - gender of singer, style of song (pop rock, etc.) and someone who visits the Answerbank will be able to help you find your song.

I don't follow ER but there is a strong chance it was by David Gray, from the Album "White Ladder".
