Xmas Qiz for the Family

Every year my family does a general knowledge quiz at xmas. This year it's my turn.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with some different/interesting quiz questions (and of course, I'll need the correct answer to accompany the question).

Not too hard as it is all just in fun but testing enough for them not to get EVERY answer right. Also bearing in mind that the age ranges doing the quiz are from 25 up to 65 so some older questions are required as well.

Topics I'd like to cover are along the lines of: general knowledge, music, TV, film, current affairs from this year, geography, famous people, any questions relating to xmas (eg. I have as one of my Qs to name all the reindeer from the song "Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer"), etc.

(preferably no politics unless really, really famous subject matter that is fairly well known)

Hi flipflop, you will be able to obtain numerous questions (and answers) from the following site, many of which are broken down into specific categories. A number of picture questions and ditloids etc are also available, so you should be able to find whatever you are looking for.
