On the latest advert for tropicana oranje juice, with the song 'How do you like your eggs in the morning, I like mine with a kiss,' a scene shows a chef / cook pouring a sauce over poached eggs. Do you know what that sauce is?

I assume it's hollandaise sauce which accompanies eggs or is it eggs benedict? Not exactly sure but could be one of these.
