Try and find Busteds managment company and just write to them. If your going to a busted concert mention that you would be there for that and see what happens.

Speaking as someone who's meeting with a pop band would result in publicity for them - i.e. a magazine feature, I can tell you that getting backstage with an on-tour band is really hard. As you can appreciate, your kids are some of several hundred thousand with the same idea, so record companies and management simply don't entertain the idea for reasons of time, security, and so on. The best option is tro keep your ears open for local radio competitions in the towns where Busted are playing. Winners often get to meet bands backstage, as part of the radio promotion, so that is really the only sure fire way of getting in there. Sorry to sound so pessemistic, but that's the reality of the situation.
