how can i get more songs on mp3 player

my daughters mp3 player is full but there is a site u can use to make files smaller. doews anyone know what this site is called please

There isnt really any point in shrinkng them, im not even sure that you can, you will loose a lot of the sound quality,

You have an option for that within iTunes preferences-Advanced-importing ....click & hold on the Settings mp3 and select the quality.
You are trading off space against quality.
You can also switch off some of the other stuff on the iPod which is not music.
Also when importing- cut down the size of the 'gap' between tracks....I personally use a one second gap on mine.
