What is the name of the band that seemed to stem from Janes addiction and I think the Flaming Lips? Was that the Velvet Underground or a name similar?? Or what is the name of the band that put a few songs together in 04/05 with some of those bands all rlled together?

Dave navarro covered 'venus in furs' by velvet under ground on his album,

he was also in porno for pyros with Flea(RHCP) and perry farrel(janes addiction)

He is now in a new band 'the panic channel' with remaining members of jane's addiction and a new singer
