The most recent video I've seen is for The Masterplan, which has an animated video using the painting of CS Lowry as a backdrop. I know that this has been the video most used for promotion for the new best of, but it doesn't match your description.

Yip...iwbus is right..Acquiesce is the vid with all the jap chaps in....it is probably one of my fave singles...they should'v brought it out years ago!!!
