Ok, I've heard this song several times in the past couple of months, and I heard it again last night in the background of a British television show called 'Cash Call'.

I have NO idea what the song title is or the lyrics, but I'll try.

It goes something like...

hi-ggher hii-iigher hiii-gher ma-ah

Or it could be;

whhyya whhhya whyyya wa-ah

It sounds like it could be a chillout track, although it sounds like more of a dance track. I can't tell what the lyrics are in the chorus but there are definitely English lyrics in the verse.

I appreciate ANY help on this and appreciate it's incredibly vague.

Sounds like it might be that awful Moldovan dance track that was out last year but I'm afraid I can't remember the name or artist either. DAAMMNN YOU! Now it's stuck in my head too!
