I'm looking for the music of two old piano novelties: 'Nola' and 'Dizzy Fingers', but it would be much easier if I knew who wrote them. Anyone know the composers

Dizzy Fingers - Edward Elzear ("Zez") Confrey. Nola is possibly by Felix Arndt.
Nola was indeed written by Felix Arndt in 1915. There is a link to the sheet music here, but it seems to be written for a recorder quintet! http://www.grainger.de/music/rm/arn01.html
