Soppy songs!

I'm getting married soon and I want to make a mixed CD to give to my other half, We are both big music lovers and have hundreds of CDs so I already have lots and lots of love songs but I would like to find something a bit different. I like things like Breathe by Faith Hill and a few of Celine Dions album tracks are really romantic but I'd like something that maybe I've never heard before with some really moving lyrics. If anybody has any suggestions please reply! I know this is a bit of a soppy request but hope you can help! Cheers. p.s. I prefer female singers

I'm afraid thy're all sung by men, but I think three of the best love songs of recent years are 'Fire In My Heart' by Super Furry Animals, 'Just Like Fred Astaire' by James and 'If You Have To Go' by Geneva. But if you only want female singers, keep an eye out for the album 'Details' by Frou Frou (aka Imogen Heap and Guy Sigsworth), which has some good songs about love in its various forms.

I think one of the most beautiful songs ever written is 'the Last Beat of my Heart' by Siouxsie and the Banshees. Don't be fooled by any preconceptions about the group, it really is a wonderful song. H Wilikinson this isnt a female singer but its the so brilliant, you have to have this song on the CD its very deep and meaningful, its my favourite slow song. Its called Last Night by Az Yet. Definately check it out!
