Can anyone give me more info on a song I vaguely remember from The Chart Show a few years back? It was called "Bakerman" and the video featured a group of parachutists.

I haven't seen the video, but there was a song of that title that was a minor hit for The Rembrandts, famous for the 'Friends' theme tune. It was re-released, but still didn't chart. If it has a slow shuffle beat and a low, murmered vocal, this is the song you're chasing ... I think!
Bentley Rhythm Ace had a video with parachutists in it..dont think its that though.
The song IS called Bakerman and it is by a band called laibach (sometimes Laibach) they are a german band. The track is on one of the Triggerhappy comedy tv series compilation soundtrack releases (think No.1)
