Where can I send off songs to people (songs written myself)? Bryan Adams did it, so he send 'em somewhere but where?

Assuming its songs you have recorded, try www.raw42.com or www.taxi.com - if they are just unrecorded songs on paper, its unsolicited demo time - you could also check out www.songquarters.com - there is a 24 hour free sign up and it gives you access to people sourcing songs for singers to record.
