Cancelled concert

I was at the recent Kylie concert when she had to stop after only performing for approx 45 minutes due to illness. The show has now been rescheduled for next Tuesday. I live in Northern Ireland and now have to pay for another lot of flights and accommodation (easily over �250) to go to the concert on Tuesday.
However a friend who used to work for a concert promoter has suggested to me that there may be a possibility of claiming some expenses from Kylies management (or similar) because it was clear from the start of the concert that she was not fit enough to perform.
Does anyone know if this is a possibility?

usually there's a disclaimer on ticket master tickets - have a look at the small print on the back. If not, there's a chance, but I'd imagine a class action would have more chance of success
