Dom Joly's Happy Hour

When I watched the alcoholic adventures of Dom Joly in both Mexico and Australia there was some backing music that sounded like Johhny Cash. Anyone know if it was and if so, what was the song. Or if it was someone else can you name the artist/music?

Hey, yeah it is THE MAN in black lol. Cant remember what song it is THINK its rusty cage (a soundgarden cover) but not certain. its definitely off one of the American recording albums toward the end of his career.
