My first record was the 1962 hit by Marty Robbins Devil Woman Bought it for the "B side" (remember them)some better than the "A side". APRIL FOOLS DAY absolutley blinding
The first one I ever bought myself was Take That and Party when I was about 9, I can't say I still hold it that close to my heart now. The fist I ever recieved was a single called Never let her slip away by undercover, but I don't think I ever listened to it!
My first single was What a Day for a Daydream by The Lovin' Spoonful. My first album was The Thoughts of Emerlistdavjack by the Nice. I've still got them!
Pinky and Perky's Christmas Album. (They were singing pig puppets for anyone too young to know)
A classic I think you'll all agree. I still have all my old LPs in the loft so I think it may be there gathering dust. I can't give a reason as to why I bought it I was extremely young and probably just thought the voices were cute.
Didn't years later when I found out if the played the records at the right speed it was just 2 blokes!!!!
The first single I bought was for my mum. Renee and Ronata's Save Your Love. I was about 5 I think. The first album I was given was Now 13. The first single I bought for myself was much later. Do the Bartman... yes, I am ashamed. First CD album was Doolittle by The Pixies.
