You're going to struggle to get much in the way of a meaningful answer here because of the difficulty in defining what a 'disco music act' really is.

Very few bands/artists would call the music they made 'disco' .

The Bee Gees were the best selling artists of that disco era but they were a helluva lot more than a disco act.
