what is this song called

its a reggae song, quite old, sung by a female, and it goes 'first you take my heart in the palm of your hand and you squeeze it tight, then you take my name.........' the chorus is something like 'hurts so good' please help its driving me mad.

It's called "Hurt So Good" and was written by Phillip Mitchell.

As far as I'm aware it first appeared on Susan Cadogan's 1975 album on which it was the title track.

Susan Cadogan was born in Jamaica so I'd guess she's the singer you've heard.
