what's that E4 advert song/music!?

I still havent found out what song this is - E4 always plays this song/music in the background to some of its programme adverts - at the moment its playing in the background to Shipwrecked. It sounds like some guy is whistling?i sometimes hear in shipwrecked as well.

The song is Young Folks by Peter, Bjorn & John.
