If you go to the following Website, you can read two theories. Bizkit is obviously "biscuit". I am quoting from this page, these are not my own words:
http://www.amiright.com/names/origins/l.shtml

1. "Limp Bizkit was on Fanatic when their fan asked them how they came up with the name. They explained that they had asked a friend of theirs what a good name would be and he said "I don't know. Right now my brain feels like a limp bizkit."
2. "I heard someplace that Fred used to have this dog named Bizkit. It got hurt or hit by a car or something, so it couldn't walk right. Hence the name Limp Bizkit, b/c it limped around."
i heard it was as a result of playing the old "sticky biscuit" game where the loser is meant to eat said biscuit; the loser being the last person in the group to ejaculate on to it. the limp biscuit is what's left over when the loser declines this kind "prize"
The last person would be a "winner" by any woman's standards!!!!!!
Don't forget also, that while the British 'biscuit' is what Americans would call a 'cookie', the American word 'biscuit' refers only to a bread thing, a bit like a dinner roll, only it has many flaky layers, and is usually eaten with gravy or butter. So if this game you speak of involves a 'cookie', then it might not relate to the band's name. Otherwise they would call themselves "Limp Cookie"!!!
