Where can I find websites that allow you to legally purchase mp3 tracks? Also I thought I read somewhere that EMI or one of the other big labels were going to be setting up this kind of system in the future, is that true?

www.mycokemusic.com does it as WMA files (easier to stick copy protection on, I guess). You can hear samples, stream, download and copy tracks to disc. Prices range from free/1p (30s sample/stream track) to 99p/track. Not used it yet, so i don't know if it all works well.

P.S. site works on "pop-ups" so be prepared to over-ride or disable any blocker you may have.
