What music video is this? Please help!

I recently watched a music video on FLAUNT TV a couple of times, yet they never play it anymore. Its a bit of a dance tune and the video is about a young bloke living on a council estate with his done up car. At the end of the video he goes to a competition with other gary boys to see who has the loudest amp in thier cars out of him and this fat bloke with a bald head.
It's a good song and a brilliant video, does anyone know what the song and artist is???
