Cr4p, and I mean cr4p. I downloaded a couple of songs and after listening to half of the first song, I immediately deleted that along with the rest from my computer. Then I clicked on the 'trash can' icon to make sure they were all really gone and yes, thank god no trace left behind at all
Can't stand him. If anything ever pushes me to suicide it's having to sit through his entire album.
I like his music its quirky and catchy and this is coming from a heavy metal fan lol Love Today is the best :)
Loathe him- each time he comes on my car radio I change channels
Well, I 'm not a great pop fan, but I have had Mikas album downloaded for a while now, before the hype, watched his first set for the journalists, and seen him since interviewed. He seems like a nice lad. Personally I think he has a great love of music which shows in his songs, they make you happy and not really bothered about whether it's cool to like them or not, when it comes to a catchy beat if you're a music fan then you can't deny that he has done a pretty good job, theres no songs on his album that I want to run to the stereo and turn off.

no opinion myself, i dont really listen to pop stuff, i'm more into indie music. I did see him on jools holland on new years eve thats all about i know of him.
Some of his songs are ok. Some are stupid and annoying like his new one. Why would he release that as a single?!?!?!?!
andy-hughes - just because a mans got a lovely falsetto and a nice dress sense you accuse him of being a 'marmite artist' - How VERY dare you!
Not bothered about Mika - one way or another - Just bored off my t!ts by this question !
Sound geezer, remember him from the days when he was a 20 stone, flatulent lorry driver from Doncaster.
THE BEST ALBUM I HAVE EVER HEARD!!!! Don't reckon much to him as a person though!
Mika is great i love his songs.

Pretty much a 50 / 50 split by the looks of it. There's no denying the guy has talent (certainley more than I), but I just cannot imagine that I will ever take him seriously.

As I previously said, his current single sounds like a variation on a children's nursery rhyme.

Next time you hear it, try singing the words to 'The Wheels on the Bus go round and round', you will see what I mean.
Love him and going to see him at Shephards Bush Empire tonight and sure it will be fab!!
Flipping great album. The nearest we have for a genuine replacement for Freddie (Mercury, not Flintoff).

Amazing voice - the secret track (after 'Happy Ending') is the best male vocal I've heard on a track since Thom Yorke's performance on 'Fake Plastic Trees' (from The Bends).

In short - love him.

Mika might very well be a genius...but he's not a patch on Amy Winehouse who is a genius.
