Sibelius help?

Was wondering if anyone on hear uses the music package Sibelius? I have version 3 but can't find my manual and the help section is not very good. Basically I am writing some piano music, and have finished one. It is 93 bars long but the score on the screen is 95. I am trying to delete out the two empty bars (so it looks tidier) but can't seem to clear them. Does anyone know of a way you can do this, or conceal them from printing? Alternatively, is there a way when you create a new file to stipulate the exact number of bars you wish to appear? Any help greatly appreciated thanks!
