Floating Busker artist/song

There is a song I used to love and the music video has the guy playing a guitar and I think he is floating in the air, he's busking on a street as far as I remember. Can anyone tell me the name of the artist and the song? Sorry the details are a bit vague!

Hi Lewis4,

Did you ever find the answer to this question, because I search a coupe of times a year looking for the answer to this very question.

He's down an alley busking with an acoustic guitar and everyone is walking past ignoring him. He begins to float and at the end of the video we realise that everybody walking past was going to a gig, his gig.

Please let e know if you ever found out who/what this song was.
