help with Frostwire please!

I downloaded Frostwire the other day to get some songs for my MP3 player, i had been usinf Limewire but it was seemingly messing up my laptop. I have had nothing but trouble though since I downloaded the Frostwire software program, white screens all the time and windows taking ages to open. Is there a program conflist or is this common, and which siftware program will work better, if any? Cheers guys

Frostwire is based upon Limewire and shares much of its code. It's possible that the two programs might be in conflict. (Even if you're not actually using Limewire, the two programs might have made conflicting registry entries).

Uninstall Frostwire (or, possibly better, use System Restore to take your laptop back to a time before you installed Frostwire).

Then try Bearshare:
