Howdy,

I'm currently looking at buying in manchester (within the ring road - i.e Mancunian Way) and have noticed that a majority of flats either don't come with any parking or only have one space. I NEED 2 spaces and phoned NCP up today to see how much a contract at the Great Northern would be. they quoted me around 250 a month which is insane. I'm looking around either castlefield / Northern Quarter. Has anyone any suggestions re: parking??

I was told that normal contract parking with NCP is around 75 / month which would be fine.

Just on the edge of Salford / Manchester is a brand new built apartment development built by Wimpey - I think it is on the road called Middlewood Street / Hampson Street. It's about a 5 minute walk from Regent Road, Liverpool Road, Chapel Street, Dawson Way. Nice views of the city centre from there too.

There is City South at the bottom of Medlock Street (after Lower Mosely Street)

here are some good centre agencies that might be worth contacting:

I think the first one I mentioned is called Fusion Manchester.
