Did The Communards ever release an album titled 'Heart' ?? If so, can anyone tell me where I can buy it as I have tried virtually everywhere !!

PS From the dim and distant recesses of my mind I seem to recall that one of their record covers was a picture of a heart could this be it? Also the Pet Shop Boys had a song called Heart...could you be thinking on this?
