I presume 88 and perhaps one for the lid!
Thats weird, because my old churchill upright has 85, the highest key being A and the lowest being A
I was taught that most home pianos have 85 keys, some (smaller) concert pianos have 88 and "special" concert pianos have 97. Mine's got 85.
Pedantic answer is 12...A, A#, B, C and so on.

A full size concert grand piano has between 85 or 88 Notes with a few notable exceptions...makers like Bosendorfer do make grands with notes into the 90s but these are not often seen.
