Box of teaspoons

I have a box of six silver plated teaspoons and a jam spoon, the box is black lined with blue silk. The only mark on the spoons is a D in a circle, then the letters MET. They must have been bought in Warsaw because there is a paper sticker on the back of the box in Polish, and I can just about understand the Warsaw bit.
If anyone can come up with origin, age or value, would be very grateful.
