Anyone know the song..?!!

Well it's a song I've heard a few times on the radio lately and it was playing in Next yesterday. The vocals are sung by a guy and it's a fairly upbeat type of indie sounding song. It definately has the word "suicide" in it and something about "sitting on a fence".

Any possibilities? I realise it's not much to go on!
