I heard this version of it a while ago, live. Cracking version, soulful style lots of horns at na-na-na-na bit at the end, someone said it was Nina Simone but I've checked all her albums (I think) theres no mention of her covering the song. Anyone know who it is?

Wilson Pickett and Edwin Starr both did cover versions.

Also the Templeton Twins, the Temptations and Assagai.Can't think of any female voices though.

It would be more likely Ella Fitzgerald, who has a recorded live version of this out there although Dionne Warwick has also done it, Petula Clark also...A couple of the few female versions though Metallica do a cover of it as well apparently.
