famous classical winter/ christmas music?

does anyone know of classical music that incorporated sleigh bells into, it the general feel of the music was if you were in a sleigh, the composer may be russian and it is very famous

I'd say you're probably thinking of Troika (which is a type of Russian sleigh), composed by Sergey Prokofiev as part of his Suite for Lieutenant Kije, a film that was never completed.

Cann't remember the name of the artist or the title of the song but music was used as the base for a popular christmas song in the 70s. The lyrics included "They say there peace at christmas"
